Pet Zuppy: Shipping & Return Policy

 

At Pet Zuppy, we take great pride in delivering our premium dog products directly to your doorstep anywhere in the UK. Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and dispatch your items within 1 to 2 business days. We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs: our Standard Delivery typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days, while our Express Delivery ensures your items reach you in 1 to 2 business days.

We want your experience with Pet Zuppy to be as joyful as the moments you share with your dog. If, for any reason, you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intent to return. To start this process, simply send a quick email to petzuppysupport@gmail.com, including your order number.

 

Quality is at the core of everything we do. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at petzuppysupport@gmail.com, attaching a photo that shows the issue. We will prioritize your request and arrange a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost. As part of our policy, you will not need to return the defective product to us.

All approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your email notification and will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that while we strive to expedite the process, individual banks may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account. To ensure the sustainability of this model, Pet Zuppy reserves the right to monitor the frequency of refund requests.
